What equipment do I need to get started?

At minimum, you need a yoga mat and a heart rate monitor. We also recommend our yoga blocks and a towel for the best experience.

How do I access the digital workouts?

Once you purchase a subscription, you can access workouts via the DDPY Now app on iOS, Android, Desktop, and various Smart TV platforms.

Is DDP Yoga good for weight loss?

Yes. By combining dynamic resistance with elevated heart rates, DDPY burns more calories than traditional yoga while building lean muscle.

Can I do DDP Yoga if I have injuries?
